Ultimate Boot CD

I'm getting an error message that says "dos mem corrupt" each time I try to run an antivirus program on my ntfs drive. I've already enabled NTFSDOS and I'm able to start the scan, but then I get this error with a long string of numbers and letters afterwards. Finally it says "PANIC: MCB chain corrupted. System halted."

Any ideas?
