I have a 3rd party IDE PCI card and seem to be having a problem with loading the ISOlinux image. Every time I use a tool that uses this image I recive the "Extremly Broken BIOS" error. I'm guessing that this has something to do with the fact that I have a sepperat IDE card. So how do I add drivers for my card to ISOLinux?

This reply is very late, but it may still be helpful. Most PCI IDE controllers that I've seen don't support ATAPI (including CD/DVD) devices. The manual/box of most Promise controllers explicitly tell you to connect only HD's to it. This probably explains why Isolinux complains about a broken BIOS: the BIOS on the PCI-card isn't designed for CD booting. The only solution I see is to connect the optical drive to an onboard controller if possible.
