Ultimate Boot CD

I have downloaded UBCD4WinV30.exe and ubcd34-full.exe and unpacked each. Each contains file Start_Autobuildubcd(click me).cmd. When I click that file in each I get an err message saying 'Windows can not find PEBuilder.exe" Can someone give some help on this problem please. I am new to UBCD and it is probably that I am not doing something correctly.
