I was wondering, how can I set F-Prot to automatically load the NTFS Drivers and also do an automatic update from the f-prot server???

You can update F-Prot from source by typing "ubcdvir" at the FDUBCD command prompt. In fact, you can use it to update McAfee Antivirus as well.
