Ultimate Boot CD

We have a customer experiencing HDD issues with a Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 300GB SATAII. We had the customer run the Seagate desktop Diagnostic utility. The results of the test are a bit puzzling and I'd like to know if someone can explain this to me. The error is : ATA Core Error 2 in sequence
