ubcd34.exe is not a supported archive?

Hello, I don't know much about burning iso images or even what they are so I downloaded the self extracting files:

ubcd34.exe (69MB)

I moved it to a large disk and double click and get a popup window entitled:

"7-Zip Diagnotic Messages"

saying

"e:\UltimateBootCD\ubcd34-basic.exe is not supported archive"

I am on Windows 2000.

I was told to use version 3.4 Basic- not sure why

Where did you download it from and did you check the hash ?

Anyway the size is wrong. File is certainly incomplete.

Thanx for replying. I downloaded it from Softpedia. It took overnight to do it. I am on cable internet. You are right, it should be 83 mb, I didn't notice that, thanx. That planetmirror.com just keeps refreshing on me every 3 seconds-

Hmm strange, I don't experience any auto-refreshing problems with this site, neither using Firefox 2 nor with IE7 ...
