Driver Issues

Have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S2141

This dandy unit belongs to a friends girlfriend. She changed her password to ??????? nobody including her knows...sigh....

No recovery or setup disc's were created and none of the other accounts are active on the unit.

I have used UBCD many times successfully in the past but have hit a snag at the moment.

version 3.4 ubcd / when i attempt to use the ntpassword recovery no disks or partitions are found. I have tried all the available switchs for locating and identifying. Including manual selection of the proper driver(s).
I have had this issue in the past with another ToshSat. I searched on Toshibas support site for the proper driver but admittedly did not search extensively. I was hoping some other poor soul has already been forced to find a solution.
