So, I downloaded the SFX archive from MajorGeeks (EUropean french link), and I get the following hashes :

Extracting the archive works fine, and so guess it's not corrupted.

Yet on the UBCD download page it still says :

Try downloading it again. Earlier on, I released an ISO image for V4.1.0 that included some unnecessary files (hence making the image larger than required). A few hours later, I fixed the ISO image and notified the mirror owners to update their files. You might have downloaded the ISO image during this transition. Sorry about that!

Oh ok ... maybe you should have named the new version like 4.1.1 or 4.1.0.1
