Isn't this relevant for Explorer09?phatass wrote:Intel LINPACK possibly* updated to 11.3.0.004 (*too lazy to check since I don't have a working Linux installation at the moment)

Certainly not new. Perhaps the version in the UBCD web page was not updated?Partimage updated to 0.6.9

From the PlopManager news:Plop Boot Manager updated to 5.0.15
http://www.plop.at/en/bootmanager/download.html
http://download.plop.at/files/bootmngr/plpbt-5.0.15.zip
So those that were already using the 5.0.15-beta version (for about 2 years), this is the same.Tue 03/Feb/2015
I just changed the 5.0.15-test to 5.0.15. There is no release notification, because only the "-test" string has been removed.
@Users: Please be aware of the versioning notation, and which versions of GRUB(2) are supported (or not) with this sg2d version.Super Grub2 Disk updated to 2.02s3

BTW, the size of sg2d is getting to "crazy" values. There should be a basic non-unicode English-only version without repeating files. Maybe Adrian might see this comment .
EDIT: correct "quote" tags.

Re: A couple of updates
Hasn't been updated because it is part of Parted Magic, which hasn't been updated for awhile. I will see if I can update it with a module in the next release.Partimage updated to 0.6.9

Certainly not new. Perhaps the version in the UBCD web page was not updated?
Re: A couple of updates
But partimage 0.6.9 is from 2010, and pmagic in UBCD is from 2013. So, either the version number was not updated, or there might be some reason not to update the program. It sounds strange that the author of pmagic would not update the program for 3+ years (although, we cannot discard the possibility that he just didn't care to check).Victor Chew wrote:Hasn't been updated because it is part of Parted Magic, which hasn't been updated for awhile. EDIT: Please see the correction I made to my prior post in this topic.

Re: A couple of updates
Yup, it's the version number that is incorrect. I will update it now.

Re: A couple of updates
There are many things that needs to be updated in the CPUstress image. Unfortunately I don't have enough spare time to work for it. Yes I'm already aware of the new version (not just Intel LINPACK though, but mprime, build toolchain, and kernel, and some people request 64-bit support), but if you don't want to help updating the image, the only thing you can do is wait.phatass wrote:Intel LINPACK possibly* updated to 11.3.0.004 (*too lazy to check since I don't have a working Linux installation at the moment)

(And by the way, I'm sort of a perfectionist and I don't like to make a release that has incomplete updates.)

@phatass
Do you read / search the forum before posting? Have you read any "announcement" topic of prior versions before? See for example https://www.ultimatebootcd.com/forums/v ... 685#p25685
Also, the "Subject" of a topic is supposed to be helpful. Please consider it in future occasions.
FWIW, and since several _potential_ updates have been already mentioned here, an update for memtest86 (the one from passmark) has been released this week for UEFI systems. This update is *not* relevant for UBCD, but maybe someone reading this topic might be interested anyway.
Thank you,
Ady.
