help with a boot cd

I have for about 2 days now been trying to get a few files to boot from a cd and autorun, but i just cant seem to get it to work. checked this site and several others and i'm just one big

here are the files i need to run do not run them though as it will try to flash ur gfx card.

i would be very happy if someone could just make a bootable iso for me that i could then just burn, or if you want to give me instructions plz make them very clear as i must have been to almost ever site about this issue soon and i'm pulling my hair here
