Just ordered CD

Hi I am new to this and have just ordered the CD from Ben

Just one or two questions
Will this be the latest version ,which I believe is 4.11
Does it include AVG

and when setting up Windows SP2 do I need to just add the setup/exe file to make an ISO or add them all
