i forgot my vista admin login password, can you help me?

i have the 3.3v boot disk.

i went to f3, file system tools, page 2.
then i hit f6, for Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
but then i get stuck, the screen reads "isolinux and some date and numbers. and its stuck, what do i do now?????
can some one help me ?

You should download the latest version of NT Password and & Registry editor. There is a newer version on the tools webpage or on the newer version of UBCD that should work. Remember also that Vista support maybe does not work on older UBCD because of older version of Offfline NT Password & Registry editor.
