Can someone explain why this is occuring?
Maybe a bad USB drive??
Hopefully the screenshot loads

The error msg seems to indicate that there's some hardware error with your USB drive.
If you manually format the drive and copy all the files from the UBCD to your USB drive using Windows Explorer, do you get the same error?

Scan the drive for errors.
windows key + R, type cmd.
In the command prompt, type chkdsk [DRIVELETTER] /f
Then try the ubcd2usb batch file again.
