UBCD not bootable with USB stick

I used the following command to create bootable UBCD

USB stick.
UBCD2USB k: l: -y.
(UBCD-CDROM in 'K:', USB-key in 'L:', no warning)

The creation completed.On trying to boot I get the error
Could not find kernel image :linux
boot :

what went wrong?Please Someone HELP!
(UBCD v4.11,Win XP OS/command prompt)

i'm having the same problem, i'm not running linux but i thought this program was for dos/windows too?
