I have a copy of ubcd and being a printer and not techie I don't know how to use it.
Can I replace this file with the cd help??If not, what else do I need to do---in fairly non-tech please,

Somehow this file has disappeared and our p c now won't start.
I have a copy of ubcd and being a printer and not techie I don't know how to use it.
