First method:
Testdisk is already included in UBCD. To update to a newer version of testdisk, download the dos version of testdisk.

Extract the ubcd iso to c:\ubcd-extract\:

Replace the files in c:\ubcd-extract\dosapps\testdisk\.

Remaster the iso:
If you don't know how to do it, see viewtopic.php?t=1343.

Other method:
Or else, you can put the .td0 image in c:\ubcd-extract\custom\

Rename it to testdisk.img

Edit "c:\ubcd-extract\custom\custom.cfg" with a text editor:

if you follow the second part of my explanation (Or else, you can put the .td0 image in c:\ubcd-extract\custom\).

Work fine, but when i boot the CD where i can see the TestDisk and my images?

Sorry, is not TestDisk but TDISK (http://www.forensics-intl.com/teledisk.html) is OLD, only work in Diskette.

I can't download it, but probably the following will work:

Rename the file to teledisk.img and put in c:/ubcd-etract/custom/.

Edit "c:\ubcd-extract\custom\custom.cfg" with a text editor (notepad):

LABEL teledisk

If it doesn't work, try to add raw or bigraw to the memdisk line:
